At Cedarlof, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms below:


📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


🚚 Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

(Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season demand.)


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD charges apply as per your pin code. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.


🌍 Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship pan-India (all over India).
📌 International shipping is not available at this time.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment directly using the provided tracking number.


📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at care.cedarlof@gmail.com with clear photos of the package & product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns & exchanges are accepted as per our Return Policy.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping is free.

  • For all other reasons, the customer will bear return shipping costs.


Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, natural calamities, or festive rush. In such cases, we will keep you updated proactively.
